The bold numbers are the actual number of the MOSFETs BUT you should be able to use other N-Channel MOSFETs with similar ratings irrespective of the number written on it. Use their datasheets to compare their ratings
If the MOSFET number:
ends with an even number, its usually N-Channel MOSFETs
ends with an odd number, its usually P-Channel MOSFETs

Can you suggest any donor boards (apart from this model) I can get ON NCP81206 (CPU Controller IC) (PU1101) from? Mine is burnt
