About M2ssd Connectors ??

Hello All. 😀😃😄

I saw an 6 or sometimes 5 pin connectors on most of m2ssd 's over on top right side corner of as shown on attached picture which was marked with red circle 😀😃

I searched web many times but couldn't find any info or datasheet about what is this connectors for ? Or any pinouts about them , are they normal sata connection?? Or for USB connection?? Someboady have any idea or information that what is those connectors for what ??

I‘d say JTAG to program/debug the controller chip at the manufacturing stage.
