Battery connector was twisted.
19V 3/5VALWP are ok
DC to DC absent 3/5VS 0V
3VALW to PCH voltage ok U2304

In this condition upon pressing power button SOC PCH getting worm
PL6 802 VGA core 0.9V
PL1300 VGA PCIP 0.9V
PL101 VGPUP 1.35V

SUSP SLP S3/S4 absent flash SPI ROME no change
RSMRST /EC RST/ PBTN OUT ok
KBRST 0V

Put a jumper to DC to DC ( VS line )for test upon pressing power button power LED lights up , PCH not getting worm

PL6 802 VGA core 0.9V
PL1300 VGA PCIP0.9V
PL101 VGPUP 1.35V

how much resistance is at SIO_SLP_S3 and SIO_SLP_S4?
measure all the signals on Page 10 of the schematics file to see which ones are present.

Have u flashed kbc also?? My doubt is on kbc being bad but first resistance on slp_s3/s5 pins as caspian has suggested.

resistance is at SIO_SLP S3 S4 475 Ohms

Update MB power up after charging YC1 32.768Khz but no post with 2beep error KBC or Main BIOS bios ? 0.41 Amps on Dc supply

Now focus on measuring the RAM slot's pins.

Update change couple Ram , cleaning Ram slot and another BIOS the MB is giving 5beeps
Presse the PWR button 20 sec change bios battery and now it’s working
