dell n4010 power led on and off .

when i plug in the adapter the power led on and off
i have 3.3v and 5v and 5v on pwr switch
1.05v pch is missing which coming from PU4
pu4 enabled by run on signal which coming from SIO ITE8502
but this signal is missing on pin 123 in SIO
is that mean i should replace it ? .

You have to check if the
RSMRST goes 3.3V to 0V when pressing the PWR Button
WRST# pin14 3.3V to 0V when pressing the PWR Button
Pm_pwrbtn pin81 3.3V to 0V when pressing the PWR Button
RTC CELL pin 3 for 3.3V

Check if the SYS PWR SW goes high low on SIO and Voltage on Bios all pins

Check for connectivity, corrosion neat pu4 ic. If things look good, try replacing pu4 first. Voltage on main bios will appear after poweron. Try also removing the pch pwr coil and again resoldering it. Sometimes pch pwr appear with this trick.
