SMCProg allegedly is able to do it.. But.. The tool is expensive and as far as I know, they start shipping out in december. And thus far it still seems a bit suspicious because I haven't seen any good videos about it in action.
Not saying it's impossible though.. Apple products are badly designed anyway so unlocking them should be far from impossible.Comment

SMCProg is a scam to me, until they actually prove they are capable of what they're claiming, and not just what other tools do already.
As for unlocking, as a bootrom exploit has apparently recently been found in a lot of iPhone CPU DFU mode, maybe T2 chip is affected as well (it's pretty much an iPhone CPU and has DFU mode). A direct access executing unsigned code is a good attack vector to bypass the security. For now, attacking T2 is very hard because there are not a lot of attack vectors unlike iPhones where you have the whole user interface that you may be able to compromise.
Overall Apple security is not bad, but like everyone they made mistakes in the past, and they will continue to make mistakes in the future. Don't 2018/19 MacBooks have the same as "iCloud Lock" since Catalina just like iPhones? Starting with the T2 chip. Im pretty sure I read it somewhere...Comment

I don't think scbo files are any more available anywhere apple blocked all the sources and without help of apple cant be unlocked in any ways.In the past some machines were done, but now i think no more via scbo at least, may be in future.Few people claimed they can do but now they don't reply back.Last edited by Aditya11ttt; 01-19-2020, 01:25 PM.Comment

i change efi files find on files mina T2 activator 1,4 and use for activation mina T2 activator 1,3 , but fault ssh?
i use mina T2 ramdisk activator 1,0 and 3,0 . but whon t work ?

I'm not experienced in diagnostics, but I want to try to solve the problem with your help, because every local shop charges around 600€ (650 usd). Which is the value of the whole Macbook.
The Macbook was charging when suddenly the "charging sound" appeared every other second for around 4-5 times.
After that the Macbook was dead. It isn't charging anymore.

I have a A1932 Macbook Air with Bootloop.
I already replaced the battery with a new one and reset NVRAM and SNC.
When I start the Macbook the Screen is coming on (no Logo) and switches of after a few seconds. If I start without the trackpad and keyboard it stays on longer.
If I use diagnostic (Option+D), recovery (Option+R) I always get the Apple logo and it go into online-Recovery. Even if I boot the installer from a USB-stick it ends up in online-recovery. Sometimes it crashed short after entering the wifi password, sometimes it loads the recovery... -
I was hoping someone could point me to a tutorial on MDM unlock. Basically, I picked up a Macbook (A1989) from someone which did not have OS installed. The guy said it started software update and but did not finish. Long story short, the touchbar on this device has some kind of a short, so after unplugging it, I was able to install the OS on it, when I found out that it is also MDM locked by his company.
