What tests have you done so far,its no good just saying help. Have you tried a different charger,memory,cmos battery.. .Have you taken any voltage readings

there have all voltages such as 3v,5v,1.3v,1.05v.1.8v.core voltage. i just flash bios.but same

pin1 topin 3=1.35v
pin4=No v
pin5 to pin8=1.35v

Ram slot pin30 voltage?? PLT_RST present?? Did you flashed both bios?? I beleive there are 2 bios on this board-2mb+4mb

ram slot 30pin no voltage, yes i flash bios, there are one bios only 4 mb. another is DY component. PLT RST present

Since you have zero volt on DRAM_RST pin(should be 1.35 if pc3-L) means gfxcore is also missing. I'll still suggest to flash known good bios or probe ram circuit.
