Battery not detecting on X450UP CORE I7 8TH GEN

    Battery not detecting on X450UP CORE I7 8TH GEN

    x450up rev. 2.0 After upgrading its ddr4 ram I cant power on the laptop using its battery installed and I can only power up thew laptop using its ac cord. Booting on os battery is detecting but if you remove the ac power laptop turns off immediately ..

    I want some advice around here

    check for shorted caps and/or shorted fet on battery output line.

      please take photo of the motherboard please
      usually for asus, some of bolt is connected to ground of battery, so if the is not tighten enough, the battery can not be detected
      try to tighten all the bolt

        AHAHA my godd thnask ive result the problem thansk sir I tried to screw all thing and it wnet down good
