Lenovo S41 - ALW power keeps like restarting

Hello.
Have this lenovo that customer sais was sutted down during diagnostic app and start without video. but when it gets to me it looks like IC for ALW power is keep restarting. The ALW 3,3 and 5V rail goes up for a half a second and again after few seconds. Dont have schematic as i see it is not awailable

when it not give ALW it board consume 0.49W and when ALW works it consume 0.13W which is normal consume

i found that i have enable signal for just half of second. vreg voltages is ok and steady

after few klicks on "novo" button board start for two seconds and ALW miracle stays on for about ten second and than does down again

i flashed bios and now it works just oposite way.

ALW stays as it shoud be but after power button or "novo"button, it draws 0,50W and after few seconds ot goes off

how to goe further with this guys?

have anybody boardview or something for that board that will help?

this board is also for Yoga 500

what is the mainboard ID and revision?

I searched the net and it seems the schematics is not available freely. only a pay-site shows a Block diagram of this laptop.
I hope someone has it and uploads it here.

Going further without schematics takes a lot of time and work. It usually leads to an incomplete repair.
