The best adhesive on hot heatsinks?

    Dear forum members,

In laptops, sometimes we need to glue something such as an insulator sheet on CPU heatsink. Or sometimes we need to glue a rubber heatsink on PCH.
As these heatsinks may reach 50'C to 90'C, it is possible that the adhesive get loose so that the heatsink moves on PCH.
Silicon thermal paste is loose too. So it is not suitable for gluing heatsink on PCH. and there is no screw to fix the heatsink on PCH.
what kind of adhesive suites this job that transfers heat properly and does not get loose under 100'C and less?

    thanks

Thanks for the replies, petehall347 and SMDFlea. I will go to a local electronics shop tomorrow to see which one of these adhesives are available here.

Iran still has local parts shops?

most in western europe have gone out of business - i think the u.s. is the same.
there are a few in Russia, but that's a huge country so a few shops is still minimal.
