Hp2530p charging light

I have hp 2530p that is not coming up, it only blink blue light when power adaptor connected attached is schmatics for help pls

What basic tests have you done so far ,do you have 19V at main input mosfet ,3VALW ,5VALW , 3V at power button .

yes there is 19v and 3v at power botton

Check voltage on PU5 pin 21 +5VALWP

Remove PU5 (MAX8734EEI) and check if pin 21 is short to gnd or not before replacing. I can`t find a compatible IC , the sony MBX-149 has the IC if you have a donor board.

thank bro after removing pu5 i founf out pin 21 is short to groung . what next bro?

You need to find where the short is, inject voltage on the +5VALWP line ,and see what gets hot .

After injecting voltage , pq11 found shorted. I change it and discover pq10 and pq9 also become very hot 'change them also. Now put pin21 of put short gone but condition of pc remains the same. Charge light keep blinking when power cord connected and 19v still miss at pin 21 of pu5 despite changing pu21 , what next bro

Pin 21 should be 5V ,not 19. If you don`t have 5V change PU5 .

EDIT: attatched MAX8734 datasheet.
