ASUS UX303LN don't start with battery only

ASUS UX303LN
I change ram voltage chip PU8400 because
there was a short on EC_GPE0 -> SUSB_EC#
I change EC also and reprogramm bios. After that (I don't know if
this problem existed even before the repair)
motherboard start only with
connected adapter and charge battery , if I remove it after power on
the system remain on.
Only with battery the system don't start;
on PU8100 (this chip provide voltage to charge battery and
+3V and 5V always voltage)
there are those voltage on this chip with battery only
pin 3 -> VREG3 -> 3.3V
9 -> VBST2 -> 2.5V
12 -> VIN -> 12.5V
19 -> VBST1 -> 2.5V
the EC is not powered because the PS_ON signal is 0V
It's possible there is a bios issue ?

Voltage at pin 4&5 of J6004?

PR6001 and PR6002 are OK?

PD6001 is also good?

There are pulses in SMB0_DAT_CLK_CON and SMB0_DAT_BAT_CON?

Check PU8800 it provides voltage to charge the battery,and power management.

I read on notebook1 and ******* about the same problem as you`re having, in some cases only a new battery fixed it.

ESD protection diode is ok
res 6001 and 6002 ok
DC ONLY AC+batt
pin 5 -> SMB0_DAT_BAT_CON -> 0v -> 3.3 V
pin 4 -> SMB0_DAT_CLK_CON -> 0v -> 3.3 V

It's strange in the model with non removable main battery but after I change the rtc batt (totally down) the system start with battery only:

DC ONLY AC+batt
pin 5 -> SMB0_DAT_BAT_CON -> 3.3v -> 3.3 V
pin 4 -> SMB0_DAT_CLK_CON -> 3.3v -> 3.3 V

regarding the request of the bios, I attach a definitely working dump.
The ec does not require to be programmed.

The RTC battery goes to DSWODVREN ,its for PCH deep sleep.

@SMDFlea, what is is the significance of DSWODVREN signal? I have this same board with a dead RTC batt that I'm troubleshooting now. Should the board be able to boot without the RTC battery when using AC adapter?

DSWODVREN signal=Deep Sleep Well Internal Voltage Regulator Enable: This signal enables the internal Deep Sleep 1.1 V regulators.

As far as your 2nd question-yes it will work without rtc battery installed.
