So is the GPU dead? It's an RTX3050
EDIT: I've read that its pretty normal. GPU does not heat up abnormally.
EDIT2: GPU is probably dead, it's the only thing slowly heating...Leave a comment:

Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6, NM-D601 Rev. 1.0 - Stuck at 0.60A power draw.
Hello.
I have been working on a dead Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6 laptop. It had a blown IT8227E KBC chip. I've replaced it with a new preprogrammed chip as well as a new +3V IC. Now the laptop powers on, keyboard lights up briefly, fan spins for a while and the power light on the side is blinking. It's stuck at 0.60A current draw. Ive also tired erasing the EC via I2C bus using SVOD4, but it's the same. What am I missing? -
MS-16R31 ver. 1.0 - PU15 identification
Hello
I have been working on a dead MSI MS-16R4 laptop. It has a blown mosfet on the input side, but also the PU15 is shorting everything to ground. The IC is labeled as AKUK 234. Does anybody know what it exactly is? Im unable to find a schematic for this board :/... -
Dell Vostro 15 3568 15341-1 91N85 - Won't recognize battery and charger
Hello everyone
I have been working on this laptop mentioned in the title, it initially had a blown PQ4410 mosfet. After I replaced it and repaired the damaged PCB the thing started working again, but there is still another problem. The laptop won't recognize genuine battery and charger. I have 3.3v KBC PIN36 PS_ID and this is pretty much where my knowledge ends.
Where should I go next? Replace the KBC or measure something else?... -
Both mosfets measure in M ohms in any possible way.
I'm gonna go and read the whole thread while I wait for the "new" used battery.
What do you think about my measurements of the charger IC? I've tried to compare them with the datasheet, but honestly working on this laptop is something new for me. I usually deal with dead bios, dead DCin mosfets, or simple shorts that I can diagnose quite easily.

FX505DY REV. 2.1
I don't know if the tool is compatible, I've only seen it being used in other threads. Any suggestions of what software should I use? Or can I provide any other infomation that can help?
edit:
I'm sorry, but how do I check the leakage? You mean the voltage drop? It's 0.274V between pin 1-3 and 2-3...Leave a comment:

Asus FX505DY - Battery not charging - BQ24780S
Hello everyone
I have been working on this laptop mentioned in the title, it initially had a shorted capacitor. After I replaced it, the thing started working again, but there is still another problem. The laptop was running off a charger, the battery was reporting 96% charge... but when I unplugged the charger, the laptop died. I've measured the battery voltage - 0V. I think it is locked. (Screenshot from batterymon, below).
I've ordered a new 3rd-party battery, but I think there's something wrong with it too - the laptop boots, but the battery isn't charging. Also,... -
