The battery has not changed

The pin numbers on CN4 are backwards and not numbered correctly, but I get the idea.

At 12.18V (4.06V per cell), that battery is either being charged, or it is mostly charged already. Have you tried a different battery?

On the pin that was reading 12.18V... what is the voltage with the AC adapter connected? What is the voltage with the AC adapter disconnected?

sir i think current battery is have a damage cell so we need to change that poor cell,
or change that battery.
