OK, that's a genuine BSOD... Now when does that code occur? Is it when using hibernation? If not, then the Windows kernel probably falsely thinks the BIOS is pre-2000-spec. or pre-1998-spec.
Microsoft software products, at least one of them in the past, has been known to have integer-overflow conditions. That can cause a program or the system to report the hard drive being smaller than the actual size, such as "64 GB" on an 80 GB hard drive, or the system to report that the BIOS is Windows 95-era, LOL.
