i have a toshiba c55 but when i instal the operating system it starts to loading but after a while it get stuck on the logo what could the problem.

Try again but boot using SAFE MODE.

Does it boot ok now?

Very likely that you have installed a bad device driver that will be forced to stop loading when in SAFE MODE.

Many toshiba models have NEC Tokin caps. Does your model also has it??
