HP 620 repair, dead, doesn’t power on, shorted SMD MLCC

No LED indicators, with our without battery. Doesn't respond to anything. When AC adapter is plugged, a high pitch whistle coming from around system controller. No noticeable overheating around there, even dropping alcohol.

From another forum I learn that U6000 is a Richtek RT8205E (marking DT=xx). Check VREG5 and VREG3 and none of them is delivering 5V and 3.3V, respectively. VREG5 line is shorted. I try to remove C6020 (10uF/6.3V) and it's shorted. Replace it and it's fixed!

Motherboard marking is 6050A2364601-MB-A01. I attach closest schematics that I found.

sir i have a question hp620 charging but when i see the bot screen he battery goes x but when i remove the charger the unit still power on but the battery image is X .. need help thank the orange light still blinking..
