sir i have a question hp620 charging but when i see the bot screen he battery goes x but when i remove the charger the unit still power on but the battery image is X .. need help thank the orange light still blinking..

Need Help no voltage present to the coil and switch only 1.5v in battery pin is present and 1.5v in one coil need help 3.3v and 5v missing .. Bios problem?
