Dell 3521(la9104p).its giving 7 beeps.thats means cpu core supply is not generation.i have changes isl95833 than also same problem.plz help

Either PCH or cpu is bad

THanks but problem solved.it was not pch or cpu.1.2k resistor open.it took lots of time to find out

and seen the connected resistor
but can't found any with the 1.2k ohm
