I received compeq CQ 326 LAPTOP

MOTHERBOARD NO VV10A2-6050A2347001-WB-A03 HF

Orignal problem was some time display ok and then disply goes off,

i reboll the U1013 but after that no display . and U1013 shows short to ground,

please anybody have the schematic for the same please share,

Why on earth would you flash a video ram??????????????????????????????
How did you check the short to ground on a a RAM chip????????????????????
And supposedly you did it right, then there is short after reballing. The most probable cause is shorted solder-balls during reflow, but high probable is also that the chip itself got defective due to excessive heat.

u1013 is not ram chip it is ati graphic chip,

i reball only U1013 ,ok today i will remove the chip then check the same,

please any body share the schematic

sorry friends i was written it wrong, i apologize for that ,

it was actually u1014 , i remove the U1014 from mb ,and now it not shows any shorting on chip as well as motherboard near u1014

now it shows shorting at PAD1005 , i remove the solder from pad1005 now no shorting at L1015

but other side of pad1005 which is also going to u1020 shows short

capacitor c391 and c388 near u1020 also shows shorting, and some capacitors on u1020 also shows shorting
