I have a NEWTON_BR_HPC motherboard that has no power issue.
I can't find the schematic but tps51225 burn hot.
I replaced it but I have the same result.

See the data PDF for the TPS51225, It has two LDO regulators that are always on, 3.3v and 5v. Do they have the correct voltage output?

The two LDO are pin 3 and 13.
The issue is that can I power it and do the measures or will it be further be damaged by the heat produced?

There is a risk. Just don't leave it on for too long or check for shorts on both rails.

          Change the ITE.

            No shorts at the rails.
Well my second thought was the ITE, could it be the cause?
I maybe remove it to see without it.
