yes it is a capacitor...this does not affect charging at all you have different problem with it...Comment

Hello guys i have ASUS laptop that power on but can't switch ons , i trying using power sequence and last missing PM_SLP_SUS# .
here what i measure already:

Hey guys.
Need help with this one.
Fan not spinning due to missing PWN Fan signal.
Also 5 seconds from powering up it freezes, unless in BIOS.
But as soon as Windows starts to load, it will freeze.
CPU is COLD / Room temp when it freezes.
I've replaced the CPU, same problem.
Replaced SIO/KBC IT8987e and reprogrammed - same problem.
Replaced fan - same problem.
Replaced flex cable from board to daughterboard (which has fan connector on it) - same problem.

Hello, I have an issue with the motherboard. Specifically, it doesn't power on, more precisely, the POST initialization doesn't occur.
Let me start from the beginning, the motherboard suddenly stopped working one day. There are no beep signals from the speaker, and the debug LEDs are not lighting up. After inspecting it under a microscope and using thermal imaging, I didn't find anything that could be damaged.
After that, I began voltage measurements, in which I noticed the absence of VDDQ, VDDP, VTT, and VPP lines. Later, I checked if there is an EN state on these lines,... -
I recently bought this laptop to try to fix up because it was so cheap. It has no power so I figured it was a MOSFET or cap issue so I started with taking it apart, but when I had it apart I noticed one of the MOSFETs was missing. I'm new to this so I don't know where or how to look up what to replace it with. I do have the boardview for it so I somewhat know what was there which I attached ,and the missing piece is PQ303....
