Hello. Have this one HP G62 UMA. have bad balls so realled it. but after reball it keeps freeze. so i replace NB but it keeps freezing too. so i reball SB ut nothing changed.

check for short under with cpu and withoutJust cook it! It's already broken. -

Bad ceramic capacitors around the chip? Bad chip supply voltage(s)?"Tantalum for the brave, Solid Aluminium for the wise, Wet Electrolytic for the adventurous"

has anyone use these Brands of solder balls? The brand BEST writes on the label of the jar the specs of the solder balls instead of the Mechanic brand. I beleive that BEST brand must be more professional (in labeling at least) but I have never try one of them so I would like your opinion. By the way I hardly can I find the Mechanic brand in aliexpress (the only where I found was lead free solder balls) and on ebay these that I found are approximately15USD per jar. I have here one interesting problem.
Macbook Pro 15" 2018(820-01041-A)
Laptop comes to me with freezing and rebooting problem. All inside was relatively clean and no water damage. Only visible problem was one swolled cell on battery...all was looking like batt problem.
I have put inside new - not original batt, but problem with freezing still. I am able to boot into os, then pc can run few seconds, then freezes and reboot and reboot until force power off.
Quickly i am able to see battery information...batt is detected normally in os with power cycles hours... -
My Yamaha MOX8 synthesizer recently developed two issues.
Firstly, after booting up, it operates as normal. However, after about 5 minutes, the sound starts to get distorted (broken up screeching sound) almost like putting it through a guitar distortion pedal. After a while, the distorted sounds will go away for a while and comes back. At times, the synthesizer will also freeze I need to power off and on again.

i have a Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ARE05 that will freeze randomly.
Sometimes it wont even post, sometimes i can use it for a couple seconds or minutes before it completely freezes.
Sometimes the screen freezes, but still displays the last frame, sometimes (pretty rare) the screen goes black
It does not matter what i do. Installing windows, starting Fedora or just sitting in the bios. After some time it will freeze.

Hello, I want to buy BGA balls (not stencils, only balls) but I don't know what size, it's just for reballing the new chip balled if the first attempt fail. So I will rarely use it. Probably chips are PMIC with max 60 balls. I don't need to reball EC chips from laptops of big chips like that.
So what are the 2 or 3 most used BGA balls sizes I should have for cover the jobs please ?
