Macbook Air Can't On

hi all..
today i have one MBA can't on..
if i plug the charger led indicator first green after 3 sec or more led orange without batt.. someone have a solution for this problem?

If you have shorts then you need to find where it is. Have you run it through an ultrasonic cleaner?

that short I've remove ..
maybe there is still another problem. like chip..

post boardmodel. i assume intel bga need reballing. (reflow wont work)

Flash it before reflowing. move the EEPROM chip, it's something like 25L3205D.
