I have seen this color pattern happen several times on TV's. Is this problem happening on a tv or on a laptop?
What is the model number of your set?
There are codes you can input on your remote control for TV's that are stuck in the color test pattern that will clear up the issue. The codes for computer screens are beyond me, I wouldn't be able to help you with this one.
These test patterns are not usually caused by bad LCD panels, but from an error on the EEPROM chip of the main board in tvs. Once again if this is on a computer, it is probably a similar issue but once again I wouldn't know what the reset code would be for the IC on a computer.

A co-worker gave me a 55-inch Samsung TV model UN55MU6103F so I can try to fix the following problem... As soon as I plug it in to the wall, the TV turns on, and the display shows a few stripes all over the screen. I took off the back cover and disconnected both ribbon cables that go to the display (one at a time) so by doing that I can narrow down the bad section of the problem, but in both cases the display turns black. I know there are some voltages that I have to check (VGH, VGL, etc.) but don't know what reading each has to show. If anyone could guide me on this,... -
Hi, I'll tell you the story of this PC.
The PC was repaired because it had a shorted power supply. What happened was that the plastic covering the buffer battery positioned by the manufacturer on the capacitor melted, thus generating a short.
After the repair, the PC worked, I installed Windows 11 and I may have had some problems with the video drivers, but after a bit of tinkering I think I solved them.
