Dell E6430s LCD replacement

I have this laptop, with a vertical line, which I'm trying to replace.
I have found the same part number screen, which is for an HP laptop.
This screen should work in the Dell, right?

I'm new here, at the laptop section. I'm over the TV section.
There it works I know, just wanted to be sure, that on a laptop is the same rule applies.

Only dell and hp are SPECIALS.
Only on lamps.

On led all you need to know its resolution support.

Somethimes you get artifacts on screen because the screen its full hd

If I search for the LG part number, it shows that this should be good.
That HP, came with a higher resolution screen as well(1600x900), but I assume that has a different part number.
It's an LED screen.

OK, the screen works.
Anybody has a schematic for this laptop?
I'm trying to add a webcam. I have purchased one and the bezel for it.
Windows installed the driver for it(it shows that is working), but it still does not work.
I'm thinking, that maybe it's not getting the USB voltage. It used to be, only a mic array up there before.
There is only a video cable and there is no USB connector going to the motherboard.

The webcam cable its with the video cable.

Test the webcam with vlc .

Does not work with it.
It seems like the player works(no error messages), just does not show any video on the screen.
