Lenovo can't Boot!!!

hello friends i salut you all please i really need help there is this Lenovo laptop which I am working on and it seems very hard for me to fixed.
when I press the power it will on with the power light on but the processor will not heart up so the machine won't boot to the screen. i have try all i could but still no solution.
please i need your help guys!!!

Ok lets go to basics, Have you tried an external monitor first?

Sorry to interrupt but I don't see any body saying does the motherboard as power going to cpu ,is the cpu fan running?When processor is not heat up it means no power or mad processor
