ACER Extensa 5230 - Power Problem

Hi...I have acer extensa 5230 laptop with power problem.Working fine with battery but not charging at all.I opened it to see if it has dislodged dc jack, but it is ok.I see normally 19.5 V at the exit of the cable snaps to the motherboard from dc-jack.Just I put this cable to the motherboard, remeasured the contacts, and I see 2.4 V.What happens to do that?I do not see any short circuit around.View photos of point of dc-jack connector. Please help me.Thank's!

You connected the cable direct and you got 2v?

Your cable is bad or you use toahiba adapter that is not good for acer.
For acer is good old hp adapter from dv6xxx dv9xxxx.
Just cook it! It's already broken.
