This Laptop has no display only beeps.
after cheking coils found PL700 power is not there.

continuesly .its actualy sorry to tell you its not beep a type of tek tek sparking sound comming from speaker.

when i switched on +3valw & +5valw is ok but +3vs & +5vs & susp# voltage on qz8 is less then normal please any one master can solve the problem stub by stub

Dell 3521 tuk tuk sound is definitely bios problem.Flash both 2mb and 4mb bios and it will solve your problem.May need to remove cmos once.

Flash SIO ( KB chip ). It will resolve your problem.

Definitely its BIOS problem
