MacBook A1278 only lights with smc reset

This notebook is turned on only with smc reset when you disconnect the power cord will not turn on with the power button.
no LED indicating that the power cord is connected (green)
no LED charging (orange)
you have news for this defect.

that means smc chip is not happy with some voltage. no green light, focus on charger circuit. it give green light.
