HP 4515s touchpad

Hello guys, have this laptop come in today. The touchpad isn't working (knowing that my touchpad is fully working I tried it and bam nothing).

Looking so in the big picture its the AMD version or the SB, could it be that the little fellow gone "broke"?

i know on some models you can dissable them is this one enabled?

I've put the board into my 4710s and same situation. The small circle is enabled yet nothing.

new os? this think happen when you install the drivers with driver pack

Well neither in bios nor in hirens is the mouse functional.

I see on google lots of ppl have this problem. (should keep in mind that everything rest in the system works usb's, keyboard etc etc).
So dunno SB shouldn't be causing this.
Also I get 5V on the mouse part, and also on the logical board of the mouse itself. So I really don't know what the hell could cause this . Maybe an bios update could solve this?
What really funny is I don't get the message "mouse not detected" O.o .

Yes everything is cleaned.

connection, bad film contact on pins

you can try a bios update or downgrade

Good connection since I get the voltage normally, over it. The contacts aren't worn off, they seem good.

Updated and still nothing, will try to get some other touchpad to try this one out.
