LA-L246P Not Charging Batteries

Hello all, I've tried multiple batteries, replaced the charging IC (ISL95522AHRZ) and updated the BIOS.

It detects the power adapter (90W), so the DC IN jack is okay.

It shows "IDLE" instead of "Charging", battery health shows "Excellent" on the BIOS.

Measure the voltage to ground of:

PBAT_CHG_SMBCLK
PBAT_CHG_SMBDAT

Fixed it. PQB13 mosfet was shorted. Replaced it. It was feeding 19V straight to the battery.

+19VB to +17.4V_BATT+_R

Measure the voltage to ground of:

PBAT_CHG_SMBCLK
PBAT_CHG_SMBDAT

PBAT_CHG_SMBDAT
