Macbook Pro 13 2019 A1989 touchbar cable capacitor value

Got this waterdamaged where oxidation happened under shield on touchbar cable. It showed image but no touch. After I cleaned and resoldered everything except ic (it is sealed anyway) i am getting touches however i find it a bit hit n miss where it works but sometimes missing dragging. Tapping seems fine. I think it might be something to do with this big cap which might be LDO or something. I placed 10v 2.2uF cap there. Anyone could measure it from good/dead touch bar lying around ?

The same Broadcom controller (BCM5976 aka Cumulus) is present on assorted Apple products including the iPAD AIR 2.

From the AIR 2 schematics, perhaps you can figure out the value of this mystery capacitor.

Macbook Pro A1989 fallen, reboots if touchbar connected
      by modtool
      Hi to all,
the owner of this macbook brought it to me after a fall, that hit the upper right corner of the top case.
Luckily enough, the screen and all other parts of the machine haven't been damaged, only the touch bar wasn't lighting up anymore, and the macbook began to behave strangely, because it seems to start and work fine but suddendly it shutsdown (and at the same time the fans make a high rotation for half a second, as if an animal was annoyed by something...) at random times, sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 5 minutes, but never over 10 minutes, then restarts...

      MacBook Pro 2018 A1989 820-00850-A Stuck at 5.00V and 0.150A
      by MyronViegas
      Hey guys,

I got a MacBook Pro a1989 820-00850-A dead for repair. The MacBook itself was off for a month or so and it didn't power on. I tested using ammeter and it was stuck on 5v. Opened the machine and found a short on ppbus_g3h, corrosion near the right spkr_amp. removed the spkr_amp and saw short on ppbus_g3h. plugged in to power, boosted to 20v .600A and then back down to .300A. Trackpad was clicking when on .600A but no image etc.

Later, I tried again but it dropped down to 5v and never boosted back to 20V. checked board again and found ppbus_g3h shorted again....

MacBook Pro A1989 820-00850-A not powering on
      by ErinV
      Hey everyone!

I have a MacBook Pro A1989 with a 820-00850-A board that recently stopped working. I used it overnight to charge my phone, in the morning it didn't turn on, I assumed flat battery but now won't charge and doesn't start at all.

I have fully dissassembled it, when disconnected the battery reads at 0.012V. Even with the battery disconnected the laptop doesn't boot.

The diode voltages around all 4 CD3215's seem fine.

      For all CD3215 (UB300, UB400, U3100 and U3200) I read just above 5V on PP20V_USBC_TA_VBUS, 3.3V on PP3V3UPC_TA_LDO, 1.8V...

      Macbook Pro A1989 (Touchbar), 820-00850-A, 20V 0A, Not Charging
      by KappaDev
      Hello,
I have a Macbook Pro A1989 that had liquid spilled on a thunderbolt hub that was plugged into one of the USB-C ports. The laptop will now no longer charge.

Hitting the power button displays the low battery icon and then goes off.
Power meter shows 20V drawing 0A. The same voltage displayed and amperage drawing on all 4 ports. Since the board is relatively cheap on this model, is there anyway to force charge the battery or run the board with a DC power supply to simulate the battery to retrieve the data?

      Thanks.
