MS-16R61 Rev 2.0 EC not responding after repacement

    Hello adventurers

I have this board and it came from a friend with a shorted EC.
I have ordered a new one and replaced it.
Now i have 4 Milliamps draw on pluging
3VALW and 5VALW present (i know nothing about RSMRST and ECRST because web only has boardview for 16r3 and this modell looks competly different)
    For EC flash i need KSO3 KSI4 KSI7 KSI6 KSI5. These are all 3.3v EXCEPT KSO3 is 2.2V
I have checked the FFC cable connections and they are OK.
I have removed and Reballed the IC again, but no change.
Do you have idea why EC not responding to programmer ?

Owner took it to another shop. Turns out that replacement IC was partial faulty. Replaced it with a good one and it could be flashed. Working...
CONCLUSION: Hard to find a good seller

I have tryed to reflow the chip and cleaned everything multiple times. Now KSO3 has 0V others has 3.3V.
Also no I have 5v on one of the test points that is next to the ec chip (TPJNC13)
But programmer instantly saying there is nothing on the other side (not waiting like usually when power is not yet plugged in)
Also tryed both of this configurations but no change (noticed that 2 sequence of EC programming is hanging around on the net for ms-16r61 )

      1. original programmer file contains this:
      MS-16R61 KB_pins=30 RIGHT UP 05MM KSO3=27 KSI4=11 KSI7=14 KSI6=13 KSI5=12 FLASH=160 CHIP=KB9548GF2 (Igor)
      2. others on the vinafix states that it works for them is:
      MS-16R61 KB_pins=30 RIGHT UP 05MM KSO3=27 KSI4=18 KSI7=15 KSI6=16 KSI5=17 FLASH=160 CHIP=KB9548GF2 (Lex66)

How has KSO3 gone from 2.2V to 0V .Is there a resistor gone high

What i suspect is that i did not used rubber gloves before and it was a transfer voltage

            Ordered a new EC.
Now there is also 3.3v on pin #27 (KSO3) but programmer immediatelly says no EC when trying to connect.
Power meter shows 16Millamps draw and when I press the power button then the it goes to 5 milliamps then back to 16milliams, so EC is reacting to power button.
The strange thing is that in normal laptops when I press the "check connection" button in the program it says "plug in power adapter in 5 seconds", but here it instantly says no response.
Could it be that the the configuration is for another revision of the board?
            KSO3=27 KSI4=11 KSI7=14 KSI6=13 KSI5=12 FLASH=160 CHIP=KB9548GF2
            Any advise?

Reflowed the chip multiple times and checked that 3.3v is still exist on all pins.
Also when Battery plugged in the voltage changing on the battery charging circuit, so EC is communicating with charger.
I have no other idea, owner is eager to get it back so this game over. Thanks

                  Hello everyone, fellow technicians!
I'm looking for the schematic diagram and boardview for an MSI GF63 laptop, motherboard model MS-16R61 version 2.1. If anyone could kindly share these with me, that would be greatly appreciated. The motherboard got wet near the power input connector, and several components were damaged as a result.
                  Thank you in advance.
