HP PROBOOK 450 G1 - LED flashing on the charging connector

Please, someone who can help me with a PROBOOK 450 G1. When I connect the charger or power supply, the power jack LED starts blinking. The board has the main voltages: 19V, 3V, 5V, and 3V, and the power button.
    The board turns on.
This is the board model: Rampage_MB 12241-1

Good morning, I hope you can see the video of the failure, I'll share some videos with you, and yes, I've already tried removing the BIOS battery and the failure continues.

It looks like a short in one of the power supplies, maybe not on the main 3.3v/5v but on a secondary supply derived from the always on rails, after a load switch

Does any of the voltages "flash" like the charger port LED or are stable?

        Or

Does the laptop work properly from battery?
If laptop works from battery, it can be related to the adapter detection/over current circuit, page 38 of the schematics, "ADP OCP", LIMIT_SIGNAL comes from the middle pin on the charge port

Hi friend, thanks for responding. The board turns on and off from its power button. When I connect the regulated power supply, the LED blinks several times and then turns off. If I press the power button, the board turns on. If I press the power button, it turns off, but the LED on the connector stays off. I haven't found any shorts, and the voltages (5V, 3V, and 19V) are stable when it's on.
I look forward to your comments.
          Greetings from Colombia.

I mean, does it show an image on the screen?
What i meant by secondary supplies is this, from page 36, the 5V_S0, 3D3V_S0 and so on

Also check the RTC voltage, RTC_AUX_S5, page 25 of the schematics, at the output of the dual diode U2501, should be 3v

HP Probook 470 G4 - Power and Charging Problem
              by Scoff
Looking for some help with this one if anybody can assist please? I have an HP Probook 470 G4 Laptop which recently started to intermittently failing to turn on, with intermittent white LED light(charging LED) by the charging port when it should have been charging and showing an orange LED instead. Definitely some sort of gradual failure. Now the laptop fails to power on at all, no charging LED, no Power Button LED either - seemingly dead.
Stripped down to the bare motherboard. The original HP battery, when disconnected from the motherboard, is reading 0.00v - possibly some sort of protection...

ASUS X54H laptop thinks it's always charging even with charger unplugged
              by flat-earther
The charging indicator light on my ASUS X54H laptop is always on even when the charger is disconnected.

Windows also shows ''Plugged in'' when charger is not connected.

This problem started year ago gradually, when unplugging the charger the charging light took several seconds to disappear, then minutes, and now almost always on even when unplugged for an entire day.
Strangely, before sometimes immediately when plugging in the charger the charging light went away, and later came back with it connected.
If I let battery run out and say it has 3% Windows will...

Lenovo TB-X605F fake charging after charging connector replacement.
              by thesame
Hy guys, i have this lenovo TB-X605F with charging problem, the tablet is fake charging, i have replaced the charging connector twice, it only draws 0.40 Amps when pluging the cable for the first time then it stops drawing any Amps but the tablet keeps showing the charging image at 0% as long as i keep it connected. I have no voltage at the battery connector with the cable pluged, but i have 5 volts after usb connector on some testing points on the board.

HP ProBook 445 G8 Battery not charging
              by Julian Bailey
              Hi all

We have in a HP ProBook 445 G8 laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 CPU. When power is connected the power LED light blinks 5 times then stops. Normally HP laptops will blink this LED 10 times as it does a self test when the AC adaptor is inserted. So there must be some sort of short somewhere.

The battery doesn't charge, and is erratic on the MM voltage. Bench PSU LED pulsates when the battery is connected also. So the fault must be on the charging circuit?

I have gone around the board with a MM and cant find anything

              Windows shows the battery fine,...

Lenovo g50-80 charging led flashing but laptop not switching on
              by B2L_Repairs
I got a lenovo g50-80 that shows charging led (orange LED flashing) and when I press the power button the white LED comes on but the laptop doesn't switch on. The fan spins for 2 seconds when I press the power button then it stops. This problem started when my charging dock broke the connecting wires and i soldered these wires back but I might have mixed them. I ended up buying a new charging dock but laptop never switched on it just shows flashing orange LED when charger is connected. Could the super io be bad? I don't know how to go about diagnosing and I can't check any board view since this...
