Part number with 'X' are usually for Crystals / clock oscillators.
From BV, confirmed the part is a crystal - since the power rail is not showing in the BV, the part is not an oscillator which will require a power supply.
The pin # shows as 24 so most likely a 24 Mhz crystal but not sure of the physical size. It could be a 2x3mm SMD crystal. You can measure with a micrometer and share the dimensions.

Mfg Code: XTAL-24MHZ-182-GP082.30006.0531 OSC-3225-4P-3H36

Update, after cross referencing x360 440 G1 board with schematics and boardview of elitebook 840 G6 (Both being 8th gen/sharing same CPUs) i think i found the matching crystal, could someone confirm this?

Transplatation successful, i stole X4751 from dead EliteBook 840 G5 motherboard, x360 440 G1 now starts and enters bios. I still need to reassemble the laptop and check if it really works as intended.
mon2 and NightcoreSenpai, thank you.
