    Need Help Identifying A Diode

I have an MSI 3PA1 monitor on my bench that wont power on. I have tested the 2 (what I believe to be Schottky Diodes) and both are shorted in both directions (a common faulty from what I can see on Google) but I'm not certain what the markings on the Diodes mean so I need some help in identifying which ones to order from Mouser please?

I've done a search for 101C 5100C and all I can find are datasheets for 5100C which say they are 20-100V 5A Schottky Diodes but I'm not 100% sure if this is correct or not and what significance the 101C is.

We have accounts with RS Components, Farnell, CPC and Mouser so I need to try and find the correct ones from one of these sites, any help (as always) is greatly appreciated as I'm learning all the time!

The top line is a YWW (Year / Week) date code, eg week 01 of 2011 or 2021.
