macbook pro "battery assistance required"

Hello to all Masters , so i've two macbok pro with this problem, come to chane battery bcs have essage about assistance , but also after changed the battery say "battery assistance required"!!!
i change also new flat and try other battery but same issue on this 2 macbook pro !
where i can check and what please ? thanks

try to do a discharge and fully charge. after it's fully charget let it still plugged for some 2 hours more. see if it fix the problem. also cdo a smc reset or pram.

the model now here i've A1989 and also have one A1708

i just try to reset smC and also pram exc.. but nothing have always message "battery assistance required"
i try also to reinstall ios but same !!

Carefully measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the battery connector. Post each measurement.
