a1707 5v stuck

i have a motherboard a1707 820-00928-a this board is 5v in stuck and restart again and again all ldo is present ppbus_g3h is 0v no short pp3v3_g3h is 3.3v smc_bc_acok is 3.3v but problem is all voltage is not stable like pp3v3_g3h voltage jumps 3.3v and 2.1v sometime 1.5v and dc also showing 5v then 0v then 2.5v not fixed
This board was working a day before, the customer came to install the battery, after installing the battery it started working but the next day it is not working

Forgot the old battery and trying to boost above 5v with new battery but not getting 20v

Hi did you checked the U2890 and UB090?
