Yes,it will be ok, 6H is part of the date code. Here`s the datasheet https://www.richtek.com/assets/produ...DS6585C-02.pdf

Yes. Only the ‘RE=‘ is the part number. The rest is the manufacturer's date code of the chip production.

so I use that chip but like a prat I didn't take old one off to see if the short was gone I followed the short and it went all the way to GPU so I called it.
