Here's your New bios file, try it and give me results. In the first boot go to bios menu and type your Service tag, save settings then restart. If you see MDM, press Alt+F.
Your Device is "All IN One", Next time you should create your thread in PCs section not in Laptop.

How to solve manufacturing mode and service tag problem in Dell 10th & 11th gen pcs?

I have this Dell 5400 all-in-one pc with corrupt bios. I tried bios from another thread and it worked but the problem is that it remains in manufacturing mode and doesn't save the service tag. I tried different options (alt-f, alt-f in bios setup, load defaults, bios update) but none worked. It also shows DELL UNIDENTIFIED SYSTEM in bios setup and a red error during boot. I also tried Dell 7700 all-in-one bios posted by Hoaca388 but same problem. Does anyone know a solution to this problem or if possible fix its original file? A lot of thanks in advance.

This method doesn't work for 10th & 11th gen dell desktops & all in one pcs. No matter how many times you try, it won't save the service tag. I have faced the same problem in dell vostro 3888 (10th gen) after bios repair and couldn't solve it.

really? I just unlocked an 5400 AIO 2 weeks ago! write ST, press Enter, it will show a window "are you sure you want to save this service tag?" click OK then APPLY CHANGES - on bottom of screen - it will appear a windows "are you sure you want to apply this changes?" , click ok, it will restart and then press Alt+F.

Did u repair/modify its original bios by replacing BIOS REGION because I have done exactly what you have mentioned but it doesn't save ST and also shows an error (8ac6d992) during each startup. It also shows DELL UNIDENTIFIED SYSTEM instead of DELL 5400 in bios setup. Maybe the problem is that I haven't repaired its original bios (i tried but it didn't work). Can you plz share the bios which worked for u or repair/modify the original bios (attached in post#8) of my 5400 aio? Kindly help to solve this problem because its very important.

nope, post damaged dump and will try to rebuilt. Better, ask help from hardware1, vesko, peste, SMD, they are masters in rebuilding damaged bioses, I did learn from them.
Edit: now I see you posted your dump, i will try to rebuild it. bios that i modified it will not work on your machine, i have to clean ME.

Thanks for ur help. Indeed they all are experts in bios repair.

If possible, share the bios which worked for u without clean ME. It may be of some use.

Edit: Did u copy/save the BIOS.BIN file again from 25Q256 ic after adding and saving service tag to it? If yes then please share it. I will try to merge it with other files as it will already has service tag added to it.
