Hello, you need help with something. You have a DANL5JMBCC0 REV:C model motherboard. While the m2 ssd was being removed by the user, the screwdriver was in the wrong place. The product came to our service. Its own m2 ssd is damaged. When I insert a new ssd, it does not see the sata hard disk. I get 5v output from the port, but it still doesn't see it and the disk motor doesn't rotate.
When I plug in the new M2, it sometimes sees it and works, but most of the time it doesn't see it.
