Try loading windows 10 or 11 on another laptop and then put it back in this machine. Does it go to windows?

Test with another known good SATA cable.

Test with other known good RAM.

Test with a bootable USB media that is loaded with a distribution of Linux. Can that load ok? If yes, then the fault is between the SATA controller / wiring / power to this bootable media.

Disable VMD in bios settings or install RST drivers https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1044458/
