laptop onboard memory test and identify bad chip

Know somebody how to successfuly test bad onboard memory and maybe even bad chip localization?

Have newer asus that show memory related BSOD. After reball still the same. how to test if it is some ram chip or maybe bad ball under cpu or even cpu
