    Finding replacement diode iPad Pro 3rd gen A1701

    Hello, I am looking for help to replace a damaged diode. The tristar was replaced and a diode was damaged in the process. I have a picture of the diode but dont have an exact donor. I mostly have macbooks for donors and only a few ipad and iphone boards. Diode part number: DSF01S30SCAP
    Im not sure where to find the ipad board number. Anybody have an idea where else this diode is used on other boards? Thanks.

      Be sure to review the placement of this part. There is a polarity on the component.

              For future reference, this part was also located on a 2017 Macbook Pro. I was looking for the same part.

                      It is very hard to find this MPG06J diode in my place.
                      I think that replacement should have the same ratings with MPG06J, But it is impossible for me to hunt down replacement for MPG06J diode.
                      Any reply would be appreciated.

                      Identify replacement diode

                      I'm trying to find a replacement diode for one that has gone short.

                      I have a generic USB charger that went short circuit to ground on 5V. I found that one of a pair of identical diodes in parallel (and in series with transformer secondary winding) has gone short in both directions, so I suspect it's bad. The marking is CSRS1045, which I believe is a low barrier Schottky with max current 10A and max reverse 45V. I found a spec sheet for CSRS1045-A that has same specs and also says 350mV drop when forward biased.

                      I can't find the exact part number for sale. Similar...

                      iPad 7 won't turn on.
                      When I connected the DC power supply and turned on the switch, the current rose to around 70 mA, then dropped to 0 mA, and then rose again to around 70 mA, repeating this cycle.
                      The voltage was normal, including the secondary voltage.
                      Could the cause be the CPU?
