macbook A2251 820-01949-A no boot no DFU

The macbook has some water damage (all cleaned) near the usb-c ports on the left side. The MacBook does not boot and is not detected in DFU! The current consumption on all ports is the same 20V and 0.079A.

Remove all power -> meter in resistance mode -> measure the resistance to ground of PP3V3_S5. Post the measurement in ohms.

Check the voltage to ground of PP2V5_NAND_SSD0

Isn't DFU detected even with bad SSDs?

Very carefully, inspect the condition of U9080 = TPS62180 which is a popular point of failure. Share a pic of this component. This regulator creates the PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 power rail.

Also check the voltage to ground of SSD0_VR_P2V5_EN_R.
