OOh Okey great News !! Maybe a chance to survive

- PP0V9_S2R/PP0V9_SLPDDR : LOOP 0v to 0.90v (DIODE 0.031 - LOW)
- PP3V3_S2R/PP3V3_AWAKE : LOOP 0v to 3.37v (DIODE 0.606)
P1V1SLPS2R_FB : 0.75v
P1V1SLPS2R_SW0 : 1.1v
P1V1SLPS2R_SW1 : 1.10v
P1V8SLPS2R_FB : 1.8v
P1V8SLPS2R_SW0 : 1.8v
PP0V8_SLPS2R : 0.8v
PP1V1_SLPS2R : 1.10v
PP1V25_SLPS2R_SMC_AVREF : 1.25v
PP1V8_SLPS2R_SOC_LPADC_RC : 1.81v

Hello Mon2,
##Before desolder and resolder##
NOT SHORTED
R8010 ; SOC_FORCE_DFU side : 0V
R8010 ; PMU_FORCE_DFU side : 0V
SHORTED
R8010 ; SOC_FORCE_DFU side : 1.8V
R8010 ; PMU_FORCE_DFU side : 0V
##After replacing R8010 from another 820-01949##
NOT SHORTED
R8010 ; SOC_FORCE_DFU side : 0V
R8010 ; PMU_FORCE_DFU side : 0V
SHORTED
R8010 ; SOC_FORCE_DFU side : 1.8V
R8010 ; PMU_FORCE_DFU side : 0V
SO PMU_FORCE_DFU is ALWAYS 0V

Hello Mon2,
i tried the last part and the MAC is not recognise. I took some measurment and there are something strange.
On the RE032 i shorted PP1V8_SLPS2R to SOC_FORCE_DFU.
On 2 different test pad and on the R8010 i have 1.8v (SOC_FORCE_DFU)
But on the other side of the R8010 i have 0v (PMU_FORCE_DFU)
PMU_FORCE_DFU : 0.650 (DIODE MODE)
R8010 : 2.2K Ohms
Do you have an idea ?...Leave a comment:

Firstly, really thanks you for your time and clear explanation.
Here is G3S result
1)
PP1V8_G3S : 0.288 (Diode)
PP1V1_G3S : do not have it
PP3V3_G3S : 0.338 (Diode)
2)
PP0V9_SLPDDR : 0.030 (Diode) ; Looping 0v-0.9v
3)
U4770 looks perfect no damage visible
I didn't found any line starting with T2_ROM_... or SPI_VCORE_. But i found PP5V_MAIN_VCORE1 who is 5V stable
4)
okey i will try that when i will be able to have another MAC with me. Leave a comment:

MacBook A2251 - PPBUS_G3H unstable
Hello Team,
you are my last chance so i really hope you can help me :p
My Macbook A2251 820-01949 is no longer booting (no damage, no water nothing special).
I took some measurement and notice some rail are unstable even if 20v is stable.
Here some strange measurement, it is looping every 5-8 secondes
PPBUS_G3H : 12.37V-12.69V
R7040 (Entrée U7000) : 14V-8V
PPVDDCPUSRAM_AWAKE : 0.8V-1.06V
PP0V9_SLPDDR : 0V-0.9V
PP2V7_NAND_SSD0 : 0V-2.53V
PP3V3_S5 : 3.3V-0V
i took also some usefull measurement... -
I add antother things that i just discovered.
I tried a test using an external screen connected via HDMI.- If everything is connected (trackpad, display, and SSD) + HDMI plugged in → crash + boot loop (sometimes I reach the login screen, sometimes not)
- If only the trackpad is disconnected + HDMI plugged in → crash + boot loop (sometimes I reach the login screen, sometimes not) + see image
- If only the internal display is disconnected + HDMI plugged in → no problem, fast and stable boot
If i disconnect the HDMI
If everything is connected (trackpad, display,...Leave a comment:

Just to clarify
if trackpad is disconnected --> Mac boot with fan --> Logo Apple --> Screen for user authentication --> Stable
If trackpad is connected --> Mac boot without fan (fan work only for few second) --> Logo Apple --> Boot loop OR Mac boot without fan (fan work only for few second) --> Logo Apple --> Screen for user authentication crash and restart
for your question
PPBUS_G3H--> 13,2v
ALL_SYS_PWRGD --> 3,23vLeave a comment:
