Sony MBX-250 Usb problem

Me again with another usb problem. This time we have a sony laptop which has a MBX 250 motherboard. This board has 1 usb only but has another 3 usbs with ribbon cable card. 5V is ok. But rest of 3 pins are grounded. Data - and data + pins are grounded. I desoldered the usb but still same. When i measured the other 3 usb ports i get the grnd , 3.3v and 5v, all ok. Windows or dos doesnt find usb ports. I found schematic. But i couldnt find where usb data pins are connected. These are some detailed photos and schematic.





I checked these 3 ports. Ground is ok. 5V ok. Data pins are showing 3.3v.

Data uçları her ikisi de şaseye karşı kaç ohm gösteriyor ? Tamamen kısa devre ise veya 20 ohm gibi birşeyse kuzey gidik. Yok omaj varsa (400 ~ 600 ohm arası) normaldir.
What values do you see from USB data pins to the ground with multimeter ? if they totally shorted or shows value like 20~50 ohms then PCH is corrupted. if not and shows between 400 ~ 600 then its good.

Ohm ölçümünü şimdi denerim.Bilgisayar 2 gün öncesine kadar normal çalışıyormuş usbler ile birlikte ama birden bu usbler görmemiş. Şu an makine normal çalışıyor, usbleri görmüyor tabi. Kuzey köprüsünde problem olsa makinenin stabil çalışması mümkünmü?

I'll try that ohm measuring. Laptop was working properly(with usbs) 2 days ago. Then suddenly ports gone off. This mobo is working normal except usb ports.

Mümkündür, eski güney-kuzey mantığının aksine USB fonksiyonları bozulsa da çalışabiliyor. Casper anakartta başıma gelmişti. Sendeki anakartı tanımıyorum ama referans bilgi olarak belirtmek istedim. Neticede i serisi anakartlarda mantık aynı.

Probably your HM chip is gone, try measurement and post the results here. it is possible that even in the case of USB function is gone, HM chipset won't stop working. At least it did in my case.

u have a missing capacitor no "c7002" only .
but its not connected to the usb. the data usb 2pins connect directly to pch. "HM65".
