Apple 820-000923-A not charging

Hello.
Have this Apple with board 820-000923-A that not charging. one port was not registering power. found low rezistance on USB_TA_CC1. after chip UB300 desolder, rezistance change to normal. other ports have still only 5V but now goes from 512mA to 123mA.
can charging work without this ic or all chips must be placed?

any hint what to check next?


dont have SN because it is whole wrapped

Check the ldo rails on each ace controller (cd3215/cd3217). Each ace must be working for 20v.
