attached you can find Universal Bios Backup, this is good tool for to dump (raed only) bios rom without desolder any chip.

i bought and destroy a lot o clips so i can read the bios chips because i have a lot of notebooks in my hand .

noooooooooooooooooo!!
i had a lot notebooks that was for cleaning changing something but the problem was that i had to desolder so i never touch a costumer notebook.
others got bad boards and i could have used this tool.
Its never late to start making a bios data base

Hi all,

It is a good tool, but not all bios are read correctly.
Some 2 or 4 mbyte chips, only half the content are reading out.

It really doesn't matter, normally I use a bart-pe based live-cd.

sorry that bios is not good... the original bios dump is 8Mb however thank you

maybe the program doesn't know how to copy?
i must try it with a near chip so i can work fast like desolder read it and see the difference with software and manual with a reader

i explain you better, with your bios the laptop turn on but no video, with original bios laptop turn on but no video too...
i think problem is bios corrupted...
