problem Hp G61

Hi All! I have one problem at Hp G61-415EL MOBO DA0OP6MB6D0, when my colleague tested Flat LCD, he has burnt IC U10 (5 Pin) at the schematics AT5231H-3.9KER, but i havn't found any datasheet, either no Ic found for sale, only on one site china without image for sale (wrot manufacture: iat, Type: Voltage Regulator, Application: Wireless control) it's all. But the schematics Pin n°4 (VOUT) is the connected to (+3.9V_CAM). Anybody have any ideas, or any information about this IC? thanks!

I have search in Google, and found many references for that IC. It is a voltage regulator. (+5V-->+3.9V_CAM)
It only feeds the camera section, (+3.9V_CAM voltage) and you can find it, searching only by first part of its name, (AT5231) but there is many version of the IC, depending on the output voltage.

But i can't found it's datasheet any where, for possibile compatibile IC, because only at alibaba of china site for sale without image or datasheet, i have search at all mode, it's code Y9ZT_ N940, i have anather matherboard's for G71 with the same IC but it's code Y9ZT_ M939 and athers two, one for HP Pavilion DV5-1000 AMD, HP V6000 and all With IC code Y91G_ M823.

I have found this data-sheet for AT5231.(Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulators)
There are many different packages and pin configurations.

Thanks again! It's very useful. Yesterday i have found at Texas Instruments Incorporated TPS79901, TPS78101 and TPS73401, all have same configuration, VOUT 6, 3 or 3.3V, but HP IC the Vout for the Cam is 3.9V. What tou think, which i can select?
